StatTrakker ("StatTrakker," "we," "us," or "our") provides a stat-tracking and athlete-profile service for athletes and coaches, available on our website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information needed to run your account and provide the Service:

• Account information — your name and email address, which you provide when you create an account.
• Content you enter — the athletic information you choose to add, such as games, statistics, schedules, check-ins, and profile ("passport") details.
• Basic technical information — standard log data (such as device type and general app usage) used to keep the Service secure and working.

We do not collect payment card numbers or bank details in the app. Any subscription payment is handled outside the app by our third-party payment processor, and we never see or store your full card information.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and let you sign in.
• To provide the core features of the Service — building your athlete passport, tracking stats, and managing schedules.
• To communicate with you about your account or important updates to the Service.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

• We do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

How Information Is Shared

Within the Service, an athlete's coach can see the athlete information associated with their team, and an athlete can see information their coach shares with them. Beyond that, we only share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the Service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Children's Privacy

StatTrakker is used by athletes, and some athletes are under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable consent from a parent, guardian, or authorizing coach. An account for an athlete under 13 should be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or coach who consents to this Policy on the child's behalf. If you believe a child has provided us information without proper consent, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it by law.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information at any time by signing in. You can request that we delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us at the email below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including protecting account access with a personal PIN. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
