StatTrakker is your digital athlete passport. You log your games and stats, build a profile that shows your performance and consistency, and put it in front of coaches and scouts. Every sport, at every level.

Athletes: your passport is free forever, no credit card. Pro (trend charts, film and highlights, your personal QR code) is $7/month, and every new athlete gets 14 days of Pro free. Athletes on a team whose coach has an active plan or trial get Pro included. Family plan: one Pro subscription covers every athlete linked to the same parent or guardian email, and parental controls are always free. Coaches: 14-day free trial, then $7/month. Scouts: free during early access, with at least 30 days' email notice before scout pricing starts. Nobody is charged automatically when a trial ends. Early members: $5/month for as long as you stay subscribed (first 15 athletes and first 15 coaches). Athlete passports are free forever. Athlete Pro and coach plans start with a 14-day free trial, so you can try them before you pay.

Yes. Sign in on the StatTrakker website, open Billing (in Settings, or the Account menu for scouts) and tap Cancel subscription. Before anything happens you see the exact date your access ends: you keep everything you paid for until then and you won't be charged again. We email you a confirmation, and your data is not deleted.

No. Your passport is yours. You can sign up on your own and start logging right away. A coach can also add you to their team, but it's never required.

You do the work, then you show it. Log your games and check-ins, then share your passport with any coach by email, text, or link, no account needed on their end. They open it and see a credible, up-to-date profile. As more coaches join StatTrakker, they can also find you in the athlete pool.

Yes. Athletes under 13 can't sign up. For athletes aged 13–17, a parent or guardian's email is required, and the profile stays private until a parent confirms it. Parents can sign in with their own email at any time to review the profile, change privacy settings or leave a team.

Only verified coaches and scouts can see athletes under 18. We verify them through a school or organization email address, confirmation of their school or club, or manual review by our team. Coaches can't add an athlete to a team directly: they send a request, and the athlete or parent decides. Athletes can leave a team at any time, and the coach's access ends immediately.

We share as little as possible: profiles show state or region, never city; school is hidden unless the athlete chooses to show it to verified coaches and scouts; email addresses are never shown; and wellness data (check-ins, mood, meals, training) stays private unless the athlete chooses to share it with their own coach. The Privacy center in every account shows exactly who can see what, with every setting in one place.

Open the app, pick your sport, and enter your stats. It takes under a minute per game, and it updates your Passport Score automatically.

Two ways. You can share your passport link with the coaches you want to reach, and as more coaches join StatTrakker you can also be discoverable in the athlete pool by sport, position and level.

You decide how visible you are in your Privacy center: Private, any coach or scout, or verified coaches and scouts only. Athletes under 18 are only ever visible to verified coaches and scouts, and only after a parent confirms the profile. For them, and for anyone who picks Verified only, passport links open only for signed-in verified coaches and scouts.

A quick daily check-in that builds a streak. Coaches can see that you show up day after day, but never what you log.

Your check-ins (mood, notes, meals and training) are private by default: only you, and your parent if you're under 18, can see them. If you want, you can choose in your Privacy center to share your check-ins with your own team coach, and you can turn that off at any time.

From your dashboard, add a player with their parent's email (or their own if they're 18 or older), invite them by their @handle, or send a request from the athlete pool. Nothing changes until the athlete, or a parent for athletes under 18, accepts. You can see each invite's status: Invited, Joined or Declined.

Once they join, their stats appear on your roster. They keep their own passport and can leave your team at any time. Wellness check-ins are only shared with you if the athlete chooses. Until your coach account is verified, you can manage your own team but can't browse the athlete pool.
