StatTrakker privacy, the short version

For athletes and parents. The full Privacy Policy has the details.

What we collect

About you: name, email, birth year and month (only to check age), state or region, and sport, position and level.
Optional: your school, and your check-ins (mood, notes, meals, training).
What you log: games and stats.
For athletes under 18: a parent or guardian's email.
To keep accounts safe: sign-in codes and basic security data, such as your IP address to block repeated attempts.
Payments go through PayPal. We never see your card.

You (and your parent, if you're under 18) see everything.
Your team coach sees your Passport while you're on their team. Your check-ins are only shared if you turn that on.
Other coaches and scouts see your Passport only if you choose. Athletes under 18 are only visible to verified coaches and scouts, after a parent confirms.
Never shown to anyone: your email, your parent's email, your birth date, your city, and your check-ins (unless you share them with your coach).
Your school is hidden unless you choose to show it to verified coaches and scouts.
The Privacy center in your account shows exactly who can see what.

Change who sees what at any time in Account → Privacy center.
Leave a team any time in Account → Your teams.
Delete your account in Settings, or email Stattrakker.help@outlook.com. Parents can also ask us to show or delete their child's information.
Under 13? StatTrakker isn't for you yet. If we learn a child under 13 signed up, we delete the account.
